As an overweight woman, I am always at odds with my body. This lecture by Thich Nhat Hahn gave me another perspective.

Suddenly Brilliance

We think of our mind and body as separate entities that are often at war with each other. Thich Nhat Hanh teaches that the body is a treasure. This audio clip is an excerpt from a talk that he gave on January 1, 2013 at Plum Village. From the posting:
